DC's Data Policy 0.1 draft available for public comment (online only)

The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is seeking comments on District of Columbia Data Policy 0.1 (Draft) by October 16.

The policy defines "data" and establishes a process for inventorying and categorizing datasets.   This policy also offers guidance to DC government agencies on data should be protection, what should remain confidential and unreleased and what can be publicly distributed.

  • Minimum Data Protection Requirements

  • Level 0, Open, Data Legal Policy and Licensing
