  1. DC Commission on Human Rights serves whom? When I contacted them in Summer 2014 about the District doing away with disability parking accommodations seeking their help, do you know what I received in response? Nothing. No acknowledgement of my time to prepare/submit testimony nor an opinion on my argument. One wonders how many actual commissioners are drivers with disability placards/plates vs. Mayor's friends.
