Have a disability? Take this survey.

From an email from DC government:
My name is Laraven Gaymon and I'm a 2016 DC Advocacy Partner, a nine-month course designed to educate advocates on the Disability Rights movement. Part of my requirements for graduation is to complete a long-term project that will positively impact the community. My long-term project is going to be a ten-question survey for people with disabilities that will hopefully raise awareness to people in the community, so that they can have a better understanding of the experiences of people with disabilities. I plan to share the results of the survey at some community events and graduation to help the general public improve their way of interacting with people with disabilities.

The purpose of doing this survey is to drive home the point of people with disabilities living normal lives. I would love if you would be a part of this initiative by completing the survey. This survey is solely for persons with disabilities, so if you have a disability, please complete the survey. Please also share with your friends and family with disabilities. If you are a parent of a child with a disability, you can assist them in completing it, if needed.

Here is the link to the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6357QVM. If you need any assistance with completing the survey or have questions or concerns, please email me at laravengaymon4@gmail.com. Thanks in advance!
