Show your support for the Free Summer Meals Program

You know how important food is to kids.   They learn and play better when fueled with healthy and nutritious food throughout the day.

The city’s Free Summer Meals Program (FSMP) provides food to all kids and teens all summer long.   But too few young people use the program.   During the summer of 2012, for instance, approximately 36,000 children and teens participated in the program each day, leaving more than 70,000 not served, many hungry.

You and your organization can increase the number of people who know about the program and even improve the participation―all by sporting a badge on your website, blog, and/or email.   Want a different size?   Other options are here on Flickr.

More promotion and outreach opportunities are on the OneCityYouth website.
