Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Remove the thick stems from the leaves and tear into bite size pieces
- Wash and dry the kale
- Toss with oil, salt, and pepper
- Spread kale on baking sheet. Bake until edges are brown, not burnt 10 - 15 minutes, longer if needed (We let the kale go longer, to a half hour, to get a nice crisp on them)
