Health-related items in November 16 DC Register

The November 16 edition of the DC Register contains three health-related items:

1. Introduced, B19-1040, "Organ Donors Save Lives Act of 2012"
2. Introduced, B19-1043, "Controlled Substance, Alcohol Testing, Criminal Background Check and Background Investigation Amendment Act of 2012"
3. The FY2013 Latino Community Health Grant (Word) is managed by the Office on Latino Affairs (OLA).   OLA is soliciting grant applications from qualified nonprofit community-based health clinics with proven expertise and a history of serving the Latino community in DC.
