Social Justice Camp DC, January 15, 2010

Social Justice Camp DC is a free, participant-driven conference gathering for the creative pursuit of social justice through art, technology and collaboration.   Social Justice Camp DC is being held January 15-16, 2010 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day weekend).    Friday's Ignite Sessions are from 7:00 - 9:00 pm at Mt. Vernon Place UMC Fellowship Hall while Saturday's Camp is from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at GWU's School of Media and Public Affairs Building.   Want to attend?   Registration is now open.

This event is inspired by unconferences such as Public Media Camp and Congress Camp; like its cousins Social Justice Camp DC will give participants the opportunity to help plan and run the event.

If you or your organization would like to get involved, send an email to SocJustCampDC [AT] gmail [DOT] com.
