March 21 DC Council Twitter chat on the FY 2013 budget

On March 21, the DC Council (Chairman Kwame Brown and the council's budget director Jen Budoff) had a Twitter chat about the FY 2013 budget process.   Not a lot of participants and no unexpected information shared but still a good and informative event.   I've Storified the chat here.
