Important news about the city's mental health agency
As the city's Department of Mental Health reported February 6, the U.S. District Court is holding what is known as a "Fairness Hearing" February 16 at 10:00 am. The hearing is required before the Court grants final approval for the Settlement Agreement
(September 20, 2011) between the District government and plaintiff’s counsel to resolve the long standing Dixon class-action lawsuit.
