February 21 COW and legislative meeting
The Committee of the Whole (Council Chairman Kwame Brown, chair) meets February 21 at 10. The agenda for the regular meeting is online. The council will consider B19-211, "South Capitol Street Memorial Amendment Act of 2012" at the meeting.
