Survey about medical homes, children, and youth
Children’s National Medical Center will host a webinar in September on the medical home model of health care provision. In advance of the webinar, the Metropolitan Washington Public Health Association (MWPHA) is conducting a short survey to get a better idea about which issues would be most useful to learn more about regarding medical homes.
