Another thing I would improve on dc.gov
As a budget and policy analyst, I use DC government websites a lot. The Fenty Administration's new design--which is far superior to its predecessor--left no place for policy documents and reports. My suggestion to the Gray Administration, then, is to fix the agency template so this information is not only posted but easy to find.
