My new analysis Getting serious about youth and gang/crew violence (PDF) (UPDATE: Document, without typos identified by Rob Fleming, is now posted! 7/11 11:25 am) presents what practice and research show have to happen to prevent and successfully intervene in youth and gang/crew violence. The outstanding question really is whether residents, stakeholders and elected officials has what it takes to stop the violence.
