The Committee of the Whole held a public hearing on the legislation. Witnesses discussed a range of issues and it can be expected that the COW and Committee on Health staff will integrate at least some of the recommendations. At the hearing, I talked about the need for a robust and accurate social service referral platform; my prepared statement is here.
