Plan on attending the
May 20 event "The State of Health Care Reform in the District of Columbia" at George Washington Hospital Auditorium. DHCF Director Wayne Turnage, DISB Director White and DOH Director Akhter are all invited speakers. Hosts are AARP DC, DCPCA and Families USA encourage attendees to come with questions on health reform implementation so that attendees can have an open, robust discussion with the agencies on what they are doing and what their time line is to implement health reform.
