December 31 vigil in memory of youth who died this year
Join the Northeast Performing Arts Group/NE Outreach Youth Center at their 20th Annual Candlelight Memorial Vigil and Rally, December 31 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the organization's NE Outreach Youth Center (3431 Benning Rd NE in the parking lot).
