Court approves new LaShawn Implementation and Exit Plan
Today Judge Thomas F. Hogan approved the proposal of the LASHAWN A., et al v. FENTY, et al parties to replace the 2007 LaShawn A. v. Fenty Amended Implementation Plan with this new Implementation and Exit Plan (PDF). The new plan covers what is left of 2010 and all of 2011.
