Chairman-elect Kwame Brown announces key staffers

Late on December 17, Chairman-elect Brown announced appointments to key positions.   Nicole Streeter will be Chief of Staff, John Hoellen will be Interim General Counsel, Nyasha Smith will serve as Secretary to the Council, and Jennifer Budoff will serve as the council's Budget Director.
