Empower DC's Child Care for All Campaign is holding a pre-Ward 8 town hall meeting to plan how the community will make child care a top issue for the city's presumed new mayor, Vince Gray. The meeting is being held October 20 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Thurgood Marshall Academy (2427 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave SE).
