Intel on FY 2011 budget

Some in the Fenty Administration are saying a memo from Mayor Fenty at the beginning of FY 2011 (October 1) cutting government spending is likely.   The memo would be in place of a new budget for the fiscal year which some outside of government believe will be considered.   Recall the mayor took the same Mayor's Order action for the FY 2010 budget.
