- Kids Konnection seeks donations for children who live in Ward 8 public housing complexes of Highland Dwellings, Stoddert Terrace, Benning Terrace, and Woodland Terrace. The collection takes place August 8 – 13 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and donations should be dropped off at 3929 4th St SE. Supplies are sought for children in elementary and middle school.
