CFSA issues final rules re: grandparent subsidy program
In the July 9, 2010 edition of the DC Register, Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) issued final rules for the Grandparent Caregivers Pilot Program Subsidies. Under the final rules, grandparents must provide current school attendance records for all school age children receiving the subsidy. The rules go into effect immediately.
