Ward 7 candidate forum and straw poll

From the Ward 7 Yahoo Group is the news that there will be a Ward 7 Candidate Forum and Straw Poll July 24 from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm at Kelly Miller Middle School.   Why so "late"?   To include only candidates who have returned petitions.
