Summer Youth Employment roundtable, June 16

The Committee on Housing and Workforce Development (At-large CM Michael Brown, chair) is holding a public oversight roundtable on the FY 2010 Summer Youth Employment Program June 16 at 11:30 am in the JAWB.   The committee will hear from DOES about the status of the agency’s planning and implementation of SYEP.   Other witnesses will include parents and youth who have expressed concerns about the program.   Additional information are in the media advisory.
