A few campaign reads

For those who missed WaPo's Colby King on Saturday, be sure to read his column which begins, "Observing the D.C. Council and the mayor work on the budget is like watching kids play in traffic:   You know sooner or later someone's going to get hurt."   The columnist goes on to present a number of terrific questions for the candidates.   Today, Washington Examiner's Harry Jaffe asks whether we are safer. . .   While I don't think the questions he asks are the ones to get to the real safety issues and challenges, perhaps his column will spur additional discussion of public and internal policy which drives practice.

And the online The Georgetown Dish has this recap of the first mayoral candidate debate.

What other sources are you relying on?
