Getting prepared for April 6 RTTT community forum

As announced here, OSSE is holding a community forum on April 6 to get input on the District's Phase II application to the federal Race to the Top competition.   Thanks to S.H.A.P.P.E.'s Cathy Reilly, we know that the first round feedback is available.   Take a look before the forum tonight to get a feel for how DC can improve its second round application.
