Proposed rules on election procedures

The Board of Elections and Ethics (BOEE) issued proposed rules in the March 19 DC Register regarding the various election procedures.   Specifically, the proposed rules are about the types and forms of ballots, polling locations, listing names on ballots, poll watchers, and other important election day issues.   BOEE will take action in not less than 30 days from the date of publication.   Written comments are due within that timeframe and details are in the notice.
