Bennett, earmarks and Councilmember responses

You may remember that CMs had one week to submit comments on the special counsel report on City Council earmarks.   The week was up February 23 and Bennett's team had one week to develop amend the plan or respond.   The secretary of the council will have copies of CM responses starting on March 2 in the afternoon.   Details as they become available.
