Council Chair Vince Gray condemns Mayor Fenty's decision
City Council Chair Vincent C. Gray has issued a press release condemning Mayor Fenty for failing to comply with a council request to send specific agency directors to the February 19 City Council hearing on FY 2010 spending pressures. On February 9, Mr. Gray sent a letter requesting the presence of 15 agency directors and other senior staff.
