Best practices models used by CFSA and Collaboratives

If you missed the release like I did about CFSA's release of best practices in case management, you can see the two documents online.   According to the release, the new practice models "make social worker-led teams the cornerstone of child welfare case management."   The in-home practice model is based on work initiated by the Healthy Families/Thriving Communities Collaborative Council.   The out-of-home practice model released applies to CFSA alone.
