Legislation introduced to protect foster kids

Ward 6 CM Tommy Wells has introduced Foster Care Identity Protection Act of 2009 to protect youth in foster care from identity theft that could cripple their personal financial credit as they become adults.   The bill was referred to the Committee on Human Services of which Wells is chair.
