The FY 2011 budget season kicks off October 2

The FY 2011 budget season officially starts on October 2 with the pep rally-like kickoff event for AFOs and the odd agency policy wonk.   Agencies will get their marching orders from the Office of Budget and Planning about -- hold on -- how to enter the information into the Web form.   Seriously, they do more than this, not exciting to advocates, but an essential part of the process.   Game on!
