Council press conference in advance of 9/22 leg meeting

Council Chair Vincent C. Gray has announced that the City Council, now back in session after an abbreviated summer recess, will resume its regular pre-legislative meeting press briefing.   The next briefing will be held on September 21 at 10:00 am in Room 412 of JAWB.   The chair expects that general council business and legislative announcements will be made.
