OSSE hearings on special education

The Office of the State Superintendent of Education’s Department of Special Education is holding two public hearings on a number of proposed regulations and policies. The hearings will be:

• August 18 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at 441 4th St NW
• August 20 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at 51 N St NE

Details about the hearings are on page 6002 of the July 31, 2009 DC Register.   The public may testify at the hearings or submit statements.
