OIG report: Plenty of blame to go around (amid shining moments of service delivery)

In a hastily pulled together press conference yesterday, Mayor Fenty presided over the release of the Office of the Inspector General Report Report of Special Evaluation: Interactions Between An At-Risk Family, District Agencies, and Other Service Providers (2005-2008).   At 212 pages, this report is a thorough look at the timeline of the Jacks family, the events leading up to the untimely deaths of Banita Jacks' daughters.
