Government contemplates revoking community placement status of youth offenders

The Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) has issued proposed rules regarding the process for making changes in a young person's community placement status.   The notice is in the April 3 edition of the DC Register on page 2608.   Comments may be submitted within 30 days of publication to DYRS.   Details are on page 2623.
