Clark Ray out as DPR director; Ximena Hartsock in

Mayor Adrian Fenty has appointed Dr. Ximena Hartsock acting director of the Department of Parks and Recreation.   The mayor must know something the rest of us don't. . .   even the press release does not make a strong case for her experience and thus appointment.
