ICSIC program evaluation released

On February 17, the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education released the "first annual independent evaluation of the programs of the Interagency Collaboration and Services Integration Commission (ICSIC)."   Among the ICSIC accomplishments are the creation of a process to monitor goal achievement and the implementation of a pilot to improve educational and other outcomes of children.   The report is online here.
