Thinking Outside the Box Conference for foster/adoptive parents and others

Thinking Outside the Box, the 4th Annual Conference of the DC Metropolitan Foster and Adoptive Parent Association, is being held on Saturday, March 7 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm at the Thurgood Marshall Center, 1816 12th St, NW.   The event features Judge Karen Howze, Magistrate Judge, DC Superior Court and a number of workshops.   More information in the invitation.
